Laëtitia Helouet, General Manager HEIP-CEDS

Laetitia Helouet is a senior civil servant and a graduate of the Institut d’Études Politiques de Rennes and of the Institut National des Etudes Territoriales (INET). Laetitia Helouet began her career at the Ministry of Economy and Finance before assuming general management functions in the social sector in Seine-Saint-Denis for nearly ten years. In 2016, she joined the Court of Auditors as a Rapporteur in the Labor, Employment, Vocational Training section. At the same time, she serves as Rapporteur for the Ethics Committees of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. She is also a member of the Orientation Council of the Palais de la Porte Dorée.

Aude Abensour, Associate Director CEDS

Aude Abensour is a graduate of the École Normale Supérieure de Lyon and began her career in the art world. She worked at Christie’s in France before moving to New York for 5 years. Since her return to France, she has worked in the consulting sector. At Havas Paris, she worked with major CAC 40 companies on various communication and influence issues. She joined the Onepoint Group in 2017, participating in numerous transformation projects, particularly related to digital, for clients in a wide variety of sectors. Throughout her career, Aude Abensour has been involved in numerous teaching projects. She was the director of the MSc Political Communication and Lobbying at HEIP from 2018 to 2022.

Fouad Nohra, Director of Studies

Fouad Nohra holds a doctorate in political philosophy from the University of Paris X Nanterre and a habilitation to direct research from the University of Jean Moulin (Lyon). He taught for 7 years at the Institut Universitaire de Formation des Maîtres du Nord-Pas-de-Calais and worked as an expert translator for the Court of Appeal of Douai, before being recruited in 2008 as a lecturer at the University of Paris Descartes. His research and publications focus on U.S. and European foreign policy and on political transitions and crises in the Middle East.
