How to apply and join the graduating programs?
Applications for MPAs and PhDs must be made through our website.
The CEDS Board and a jury examine the file and give their answer aproximately ten days after submission of the file. The candidates are selected according to the expected criteria and the available places. Once a favorable decision is made, the candidate proceeds online with his or her administrative registration, including payment of the registration fee.

What should be included in the MPA and PhD application?
- An up-to-date resume
- A motivation letter
- A copy of a valid identity card or passport
- Copy of the highest degree: Master 2 level for the PhD, Master 1 level for the MPA.
Exceptional cases are dealt with on a case-by-case basis, up to a limit of 15% of the total candidates.
How to apply and join our certifying programs?
- The short courses are open to anyone who wants to take them.
- The application file is composed of a resume and a copy of a valid identity card, to be sent to the Academic Board through the e mail adress: contact@ceds.fr
