Jamais l'échiquier international n'a été aussi complexe. Les guerres post 11 septembre s'enlisent, de l'Irak à l'Afghanistan. Prolifération nucléaire, multiplication des conflits, complexification du droit et de l'économie internationale et émergence des nouveaux défis se combinent pour pousser les décideurs à actualiser leurs connaissances.
C'est dans cet esprit que le CEDS, seul organisme de formation doté du statut consultatif auprès des Nations Unies, a mis sur pied ses différents programmes de formation tant en français qu'en anglais. Notre philosophie est de permettre aux diplomates, aux fonctionnaires internationaux et aux dirigeants de suivre des formations diplomantes de troisième cycle compatibles avec les dangers qui leur incombent. Des responsables de plus de soixante nationalités suivent actuellement un cursus dans nos locaux parisiens de l'avenue Marceau où nous aurons plaisir à vous accueillir.

Never has the international scene been so complex. Post September 11 wars are in deadlock, from Iraq to Afghanistan. Nuclear proliferation, increasing number of conflicts, complicating international law and economic issues, as well as emerging challenges all call upon decision makers to make use of their knowledge.
Within this understanding, C.E.D.S., the sole educational institute enjoying a Consultative Status with the United Nations, initiated different programs in both French and English. Our philosophy is to enable diplomats, international civil servants and leaders to follow post-graduate (3rd Cycle) programs related to the issues and dangers facing them. Officials from more than sixty countries are currently following their programs in our Parisian premises located at Avenue Marceau, where we would also be pleased to welcome you.
